Clark is a Sports Nutritionist-Dietitian who specializes in Strength and Conditioning and Speed-Strength Training. He’s on his 5th year of teaching Ride, Row, and Realign classes with Saddle Row and has the trademark of having some of the most intense classes out there!
If you’re up for some fun, dance with him in an Underground class (he’s known for some awesome choreo!) or if you’re up for even more of a challenge, try out his Circuit class some time! Whichever you choose, just come in prepared and be ready to try new moves that you might have not tried before!
Fun fact: Clark is also a bibliophile and enjoys listening to jazz during his down time.
