Luigi is a fitness coach and professional, who loves to engage in different forms of movement!
He also teaches multiple group classes ranging from mat pilates, indoor cycling, weight training, and running. He loves to train strength, long distance runs, calisthenics, and pilates!
He loves working out because fitness has helped him redefine his relationship with movement and with food— focusing on performance, and on how movement makes you feel rather than how you look. Overall, his goal is to make movement more fun and accessible with everyone within his community
